With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the welding and fabrication industry, and more than 10 years in welding and construction management, Paul has built a reputation for precision craftsmanship, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Throughout his career, he has worked in demanding industrial environments, developing expertise in structural welding, custom fabrication, repairs, and field installations. Driven by a commitment to quality workmanship and honest service, Paul co-founded O.G. Industries to provide dependable solutions for clients across a wide range of projects. As the "O" in O.G. Calvin brings 5 years of welding and fabrication experience and more than 20 years working on SAGD oil sands projects and construction management. He brings a wealth of real-world industry knowledge to O.G. Metal Works. His background spans everything from field operations and project oversight to hands-on fabrication and welding. A strong believer in giving back, Calvin is actively involved in local volunteering and fundraising efforts. His commitment to hard work, continuous learning, and supporting the community helps drive the values and future growth of O.G. Metal Works. As the "G" in O.G.
